A very strong image. Captures ones attention immediately.

Now for improvements:

I find that the top of the image feels a bit cramped, a bit more space above the back of the tiger would help.

The head and shoulders of the tiger could be a stronger focal point by upping the saturation in that part of the image. Conversely you could blur background and the rear of the tiger.

The eyes could be brighter with more sharpness, which would increase their glossy appearance.

Overall a great image that can be used in a number of settings depending on how it is cropped and or edited.

This is a beautiful photograph. Especially if this is the natural photo, before any editing. The colors are all so crisp, and vibrant. It looks like you spent a bit of time waiting on the right pose. I see that you chose to focus on the face of the tiger but mainly on the ripples and reflection in the water. This was an interesting choice, as many people would focus on just the tiger. This adds quite a bit of flair, depth, and a sense of mystique. There is just the right amount of space on either side of the tiger to force the focus on the tiger and not the surroundings. The way you adjusted the camera so that the tiger's back is right near the top of the photo and slightly out of focus helps bring the main focus on the ripples and reflection in the water and the face of the beast. It also brings to the photo a balance between tiger and water, a symmetrical appeal. There seems to be, to the naked eye, an equal amount of tiger as there is water. This is because there is just as much space at the bottom of the photo near the tiger's reflection. Also, the bright pink of the tiger's tongue perfectly offsets all of the bright green around the tiger and all the orange of the beast itself.
This photo seems to induce a sort of stillness within, like a calm peace emitting from the tiger. The clarity and sharpness of this photo makes it feel like I'm standing right there, right across from the tiger...
As far as improvements go, I really don't see anything that needs fixed or improved. This photo seems perfect already.
If this is an edit, you did a wonderful job. You've managed to correct anything that was already wrong with the photo. :D
Great Composition!
